擅长从系统思维开展跨专业学术创新和跨领域产品创新,以超大项目管理经验和PMP资质锻造复杂系统创新能力。
近年来专注于智能悬架与轮胎、智能材料与器件方面的创新理论与实践,力图培养学生从基础理论的创新突破卡脖子技术的产品创新。以跨文化的学术经历和跨专业的学科背景,打造国际化、人性化、创新型、创业型学术团队。团队已经孵化出两个国家级高新技术企业,客户包含100多家龙头汽车以及零部件企业。同时培养的研究生多次获得系级和校级优秀研究生,团队学生海外求学以德国和欧洲为主。
